My Transition to Secondary School Booklet

Year 6 students will be provided with a My Transition to Secondary School booklet, produced by Bedford Borough Council.  The booklets will be distributed directly to primary schools. 

Students will be asked to:

• Complete preparation activities in their booklet prior to their transfer days.  These activities will take place in their primary school.
• Bring their booklet with them to their Lincroft Academy transfer days.
• Complete reflection activities in their booklet following their transfer days.  These activities will take place in their primary school.
