Employers & Alumni – Get Involved at Lincroft Academy

At Lincroft Academy, we are proud of our strong careers programme, and the support of employers and alumni plays a vital role in preparing our students for their future. By sharing your experience and expertise, you can make a real difference to the lives of young people as they explore career pathways and develop essential skills. 

We welcome volunteers from a wide range of sectors to take part in activities such as speed interviewing events, work experience preparation, mock interviews, careers talks and workplace visits which take place throughout the academic year. Many of our students also benefit from work experience placements (taking place this academic year w/b 29th June 2026), which give them the chance to experience the world of work first-hand and gain valuable confidence and employability skills. 

Whether you can spare an hour to speak about your career journey or offer a placement within your organisation, your involvement provides inspiration and helps students understand the opportunities available beyond school.
